After graduation, Ed attended USL earning his Bachelor of Science - Business Administration. Ed is owner of Eaton Oil Tools-Fishing Services.

Ed lives in Youngsville, Louisiana with his wife, Patricia and their 2 children, Derek, born in 1987 and Justin, born in 1991.
